別館（離れ棟）建築工事のお知らせ | Notice of Construction for the Annex (Detached Villa)

平素よりMUKUten.舎 富士宮をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
Thank you very much for your continued support of MUKUten-sha Fujinomiya.

当館敷地内 西側（駐車場エリア）におきまして、
「別館・離れ棟（コンパクトプライベートヴィラ）」の建築工事を進める予定でございます。
We would like to inform you that construction of a new
Annex (Detached Compact Private Villa) will take place on the west side of our property (parking area).

工事期間は、5月7日から8月頃までを予定しております。

また、本施設は2026年9月の開業を予定しております。
The construction period is scheduled from May 7 to around August,
with an anticipated opening in September 2026.

期間中は、駐車場の一部に囲いを設け、
工事エリアとお客様のご利用エリアを明確に分けて運用してまいります。
During this period, a section of the parking area will be enclosed,
and operations will be managed to clearly separate the construction zone from guest areas.

なお、ご宿泊のお客様の駐車スペースおよびご提供サービスに変更はございません。
Please be assured that there will be no changes to guest parking or services during your stay.

ご滞在に際しましては、静謐な時間を損なうことのないよう細心の配慮を重ねてまいりますが、
日中の時間帯には屋外にて作業音等が生じる可能性がございます。
While we will take the utmost care to preserve a शांत and comfortable atmosphere,
there may be some construction-related noise outdoors during daytime hours.

なお、2026年9月以降は、現在の建物を
**「メインラウンジヴィラ – OMOYA」**として、
ラウンジとゲストルームを備えた一組貸切の滞在空間としてご案内申し上げます。
From September 2026 onward, the existing building will be introduced as
“Main Lounge Villa – OMOYA,”
offering a private stay featuring both a lounge and guest rooms for one group per day.

また、新たに誕生する別館は、
**「プライベートヴィラ – HANARE」**として、
よりコンパクトで、より静けさに満ちた、一組貸切の滞在体験をご提供してまいります。
In addition, the newly built annex will be presented as
“Private Villa – HANARE,”
a more compact and tranquil private retreat, designed for exclusive use by one group per day.

新たな時を紡ぐ場所として、皆さまをお迎えできます日を心より楽しみにしております。
We sincerely look forward to welcoming you to this new chapter of our space.
